This is a kirei of Sailor Uranus. It's a sheet of black paper pasted on top of a sheet of white paper. After drawing the image on the black paper, the artist cuts away the extra pieces of black paper. It's such an unusual piece and even more stunning in person. I'm completely in love with both my kirei and plan to have them framed so I can hang them on my wall.
