Another wish come true! This cel looked like an alright cel when I saw it for sale online. In person, though, it is so amazing! Everything is perfect and it became an instant favorite. the scan truly does not do it enough justice. There is a special effects layer of sparkles. I've scanned the cels with Malta and the effects layer separately, see the thumbnails below. The attendants are also on a separate layer that's now stuck to the Malta layer. The wings appear to be airbrushed and are very delicate.
