Ever have a moment where you just KNOW? Not simply wanting a cel or thinking how nice a cel is, but that moment where a cel just hits you and you know without a doubt it's THE one. I was browsing through a sale page and whammo! Tarta's expression is just perfect, she's superdeformed, her sword is partially visable, and you can even see her pretty polished nails. Everytime I look at this cel, I laugh!
