Legend of Syrius/Sea Prince & the Fire Child

I grew up watching Sea Prince and the Fire Child until the video store I rented it from closed. A few years ago, I was looking for information about Sea Prince and discovered it was actually anime! In Japan, it was called Legend of Syrius. One of the most memorable aspects of Syrius for me is that it's one of the first animations that made me cry. These cels are such treasures and are quite lovely. The characters are outlined using color instead of the standard black lines and there is no fading, the cels look crisp and freshly-painted.
